Educational Programs
Agriculture education is at the forefront of our purpose and is interwoven in everything we do. Whether exploring the museum exhibits and living history displays on your own or on a guided tour, you’ll gain a greater understanding of our agricultural past and future.
We are continually amazed, challenged and motivated by the number of visitors with little knowledge of how agriculture affects their daily lives. The Ag Center reaches audiences of all ages, learning levels and life experiences through a variety of educational activities. These services include educators’ workshops, research opportunities and an array of educational programs, with a special emphasis on reaching youth. Our programs are created to be age-appropriate and aligned with curricular standards.
CHILDREN’S PROGRAMS
Themed adventures for children ages 3-12 are offered monthly, usually the 3rd Thursday, 10:30-11:30 AM. They are FREE but registration is required to reserve your spot(s). See the monthly programs here.
