BBQ with a side of family fun! First Annual Ag Hall Backyard BBQ Contest, proudly sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society. Open to the public, 10 AM – 4 PM. Watch the BBQ teams and enjoy the smells! Lots of family fun including train rides, games and crafts in the Family Fun zone. Food trucks, too, offering funnel cakes, ice cream and loaded BBQ potatoes. The Country Stampede, Kansas City's premier outdoor country music festival, will be happening right next door to us, so be sure to take in the BBQ contest before the concert begins. General admission is $10 for adults (ages 13+), $5 for youth (ages 3-12) and free for ages 2 and under. Get your general admission tickets here (for the public).
