| Guided Tours: |
|
| Museum guides are available to groups at an additional fee of $15.00 per guide, with advance notice. There should be at least one guide per 25 people. The guided tour lasts two hours, but can be modified to meet your needs. |

| Hayrides: |
|
| Hayrides through the woods are available for an additional fee of $1.00 per person. There is a minimum of 20 people or $20.00. |
|
| Miniature Train Rides: |
|
| Narrow-gauge miniature train rides are available at an additional $1.00 per person, arranged with prior notice. There is a minimum of 20 people or $20.00. |

| Arrival: |
|
| Your scheduled visit begins with a greeting by a staff member. Guests are then escorted to the Rural Electric Conference Theater to view a 7-minute film about the Center. If you have selected the self-guided tour, a staff member will offer a brief orientation and distribute maps. If you have selected the guided tour, the guests will be split into groups of 20-25 and welcomed by their guide. |

| Cash, checks, and MasterCard or Visa are accepted. Billing must be pre-approved. |

| Parking: |
|
| Parking is free to all visitors. Spaces are available for buses and Rvs. |
|
| Museum Store: |
|
| The Center houses a museum store which offers a variety of Kansas souvenir items, old-fashioned and farm-related gifts, rural life and agriculture books, children’s toys, and food items. There are also candy and snack items available and juice and soda vending machines. |
|
| Accessibility: |
|
| The Center is sensitive to the needs of the physically-challenged visitor. While most of the Center’s exhibits are accessible, some are not due to their historic authenticity. A wheelchair is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Programs will be adapted for those with special needs by prior arrangement. A sign interpreter is available with advance notice. |

| Food & Beverage Services: |
|
| There are several area restaurants that offer food services to large groups. There is a park with covered shelters and picnic tables directly across the street from the Center. The Center does offer several small indoor areas and a covered outdoor pavilion at additional fees with prior arrangement. We can arrange for quality caterers to deliver and serve your needs. |
